Targeting the multi-channel customer management and sales systems, our objective is to create a unified platform for customer business management, providing a singular point for all business operations. With the foundation laid on supporting large-scale business operations, we integrate various category businesses from other channels to establish a unified product sales support platform. We aim to expand from managing only offline stores to a unified management system that encompasses online stores, offline stores, cloud stores, and pop-up stores. We are establishing a store tagging system to facilitate precise matching of users, products, content, and channel stores in the future. By employing a unified inventory model, we aim to consolidate inventories currently dispersed across various systems. This approach caters to the accuracy and real-time requirements of diverse business operations for inventory management. We implement real-time management of occupied and locked inventories to prevent overselling. We aim for unified order management, encompassing procurement, arrivals, sales, shipments, wholesale, retail, online, and offline operations. We ensure timely tracking of plan execution and efficient coordination in order management. Starting from addressing the challenges of existing heterogeneous platforms, performance issues, and scalability problems, we strive to enhance the rapid support capability for business innovation through the construction of a unified platform, thereby boosting the operational efficiency of sales and customers.
