Compliance professionals focus on open collaboration
This MES project was conceived based on the production organization model, production management, and process of the pump manufacturing company. After analyzing the primary management challenges and the current state of digitalization in its production process, and aligning with its overall digital transformation goals and the fundamental functions of the Tianwei MES software, the MES system was integrated with the company’s existing OA, K3, BOM configuration, and coding systems. This integration established a unified information platform for the company, facilitating information sharing. The system incorporates price lists and supplier management, creating a standardized and comprehensive procurement and external collaboration management process. It effectively provides bidirectional control and tracking of the entire procurement logistics and financial flow within the enterprise. A comprehensive workshop management system was established, encompassing key execution modules such as workshop plans, scheduling, materials, and operations. The use of diversified data collection terminals has significantly enhanced on-site work efficiency and data accuracy. The production Kanban allows managers to monitor the real-time progress of each product node.
